Beth Gullette, PhD, founded Granite & Current after joining a venture-backed health technology company at the ground floor, serving as its founding Chief People Officer for seven years — through 250 employees with a market-leading valuation and a trajectory to break even well ahead of the sector average. Earlier, she co-founded Contemporary Leadership Advisors and the Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness practice at AlixPartners, and served as Senior Faculty & Coaching Practice Leader at the global Center for Creative Leadership. The result is advisory work built by someone who has sat in the operating seat, not just advised from outside it.
